Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

• You will be responsible for sourcing candidates by building strong searching techniques via a range of different platforms and on social media
• Qualifying candidates through effective questioning techniques
• Source candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting
• Matching candidates and clients appropriately through developing relationships and understanding the needs of both
• Complete regular review with clients to understand and communicate business changes
