Job Summary or Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organised individual to carry out house services at the London office between the 14th and 25th of April.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and signing them in
• Collecting visitors from reception and escorting them
• Setting up meeting rooms daily, which will include moving furniture
• Occasionally making refreshments for client meetings
• Collecting mail and parcels from the post room in the basement

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent people skills
