We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality management systems, and contractual obligations across all phases of EPCm projects.
Audit Execution: Plan, schedule, and conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and quality management systems.
Contractual Compliance: Interpret and assess project-specific contractual quality requirements and ensure alignment across all project phases.
Documentation Review: Review and verify quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, and supplier quality records.
Root Cause Analysis: Follow a systematic, evidence-based approach focused on prevention and collaboration with stakeholders.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and track non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality expectations are understood and met.
Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, quality metrics, and dashboards for internal and client reporting.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes and systems based on audit findings and industry best practices.
Technical/Quality Management qualification HNC or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance within EPCm project environments
Strong technical knowledge of pipelines and associated welding codes (e.g., BS 4515, API 1104)
Professional knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
Experience with quality auditing techniques and tools (e.g., ISO 19011)
Familiarity with engineering and procurement documentation and workflows
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Certification as a Lead Auditor
Experience in achieving mechanical completion on projects, including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
