Join our team as a Quality Assurance Inspector on an exciting new project in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively support and coach delivery teams to prevent substandard work.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related issues, resolving challenges early.

• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure all work meets project and industry standards.

• Work closely with delivery teams and subcontractors to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Assist Quality Engineers with site surveillance and reporting of non-conformances.

• Ensure all quality documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the nuclear industry is highly desirable.

• A strong background in quality assurance within manufacturing, engineering, or food production.

• Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to high standards.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
