We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead on high-profile projects based in Barrow-in-Furness.

Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 DOE (negotiable)

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain SC clearance to start

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position—managing people, resources, and performance across complex engineering or industrial environments. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety and quality standards, and leading teams to deliver against project objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing site operations, budgets, and personnel

• Managing schedules, risk, and performance targets

• Leading continuous improvement and HSEQ initiatives

• Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Driving high-quality delivery across all project work scopes
