Rate: ESA Grade 3 (Competitive)

Land and Sea Resources are currently recruiting experienced Thermal Insulation Engineers for an upcoming offshore campaign.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced offshore insulation personnel to join a short-term project with mobilisation on 23rd July 2026.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Previous offshore experience as a Thermal Insulation Engineer
• ESA Grade 3
• Availability to attend a pre-mobilisation appointment in Aberdeen prior to mobilisation (including any required training)

Essential Certification

• Offshore Survival with EBS
• Offshore Medical
• MIST
• Shoulder Measurement
• Apprenticeship Certificate or TICA Card

Training We Can Arrange

If required, we can assist with:

• Norwegian Escape Chute
• DONUT Training
• Face Fit Testing
• ECITB Technical Test for Insulation
