Mechanical Technician / Fitter (Offshore)

Location: Aberdeen, North Sea
Mobilisation Date: Estimated 10th September 2026
Duration: 14 Days (Approx. 10th – 23rd September)
Rate: £30.00 per hour

Land and Sea Resources are currently recruiting experienced Mechanical Technicians / Fitters for an upcoming offshore campaign in the North Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced offshore mechanical personnel to join a short-term project with mobilisation in early September.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Previous offshore experience as a Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Fitter.
• Availability for a 14-day offshore trip.
• Valid offshore certification and medicals.
• Valid Confined Space Training certificate.

Essential Certification

Applicants must hold:

• Offshore Survival with EBS
• Offshore Medical
• MIST
• Confined Space Training
• DONUT Safety Systems Training (Mandatory)

Important: DONUT Safety Systems certification is now a mandatory client requirement. Candidates who do not hold this certification must obtain it before mobilisation, as personnel without it will not be permitted to board the vessel.

Training is available through RelyOn and in Aberdeen with the OEM.
