From their head office and manufacturing plant in the UK, subsidiaries in India, North America and Denmark, and through a network of agents and licensed manufacturers they offer a wide range of high quality industrial damper valves including butterfly dampers, louvre dampers, diverters, stack dampers, poppet valves and guillotines.

 Job Summary or Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve installing, commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading bespoke industrial dampers at client sites in the UK and internationally. If you possess strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of industrial dampers
• Work across various client sites, both onshore and offshore
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing client relationships
• Ensure all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Field Service Engineer in a mechanical engineering or industrial packaged equipment environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, pneumatic actuation and control systems, with some basic electrical knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during domestic and international travel
• A valid driving licence (required for travel between client sites)
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work
• A valid BOSIET qualification or offshore experience is a plus

 Location

East Midlands, Fitting activities in workshop, work across various client sites, both onshore and offshore. We are looking for candidates based in the East Midlands are or who are willing to relocate.
