Job Description:
Typical duties will be:
• Undertake photocopying and scanning tasks
• Distribute internal post
• Prepare outgoing post
• Greeting visitors and clients
• Screening telephone calls and taking detailed,
accurate messages where necessary
• Booking meeting rooms
• Ordering stationery and office supplies when
necessary
• Provide refreshments for client meetings
• Provide support to Executive Administrators and
Fee Earners as required
• Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills andexperience:
• Previous legal administrative experience
• Excellent IT Skills
• Experience with all Microsoft Office
packages
• Willingness to learn
• Be polite and Professional
• Good organisational and time
management skills
• Ability to use own initiative
• GCSE or equivalent English & Maths at
Grade 5 or above
• Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable:
• SOS case management experience
