Forensic Claims Planner – Construction Delay Analysis
Location: Burghfield | Hybrid (Site-based initially, then remote with periodic site visits)
Industry: Major Infrastructure | Highly Regulated Environment
We are looking for a Forensic Claims Planner to support our commercial and planning teams in assessing contractor time delay claims. This is a hybrid role — site-based initially, moving to remote with periodic site visits.
Project Duration: 12–18 months remaining
What You’ll Do:
Review and challenge contractor delay claims
Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, and Supply Chain teams
Develop programme metrics and support claims negotiations
Apply construction and technical expertise to assess time impacts
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in project planning (Primavera P6 expertise)
2+ years in claims management or forensic delay analysis
Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
Strong understanding of construction processes (M&E desirable)
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
Nuclear or regulated industry experience
Claims qualifications or professional memberships (CIArb, ACostE, APM)
