Experienced Blasters Required – Devonport Dockyard

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking experienced Blasters to join a major project based at Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth.

Please note: Only candidates with proven, relevant experience will be considered.

Location

Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth

Shift & Hours

• Minimum 70 hours per week
• Minimum 10-hour shifts
• Rotation: 3 weeks on, followed by a long weekend off in the 4th week

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Basic: £22.00 per hour
• OT1: £28.00 per hour
• OT2: £35.00 per hour

Overtime Structure

• Basic Hours: Monday – Thursday 07:30–16:15 | Friday 07:30–13:30
• OT1: Weekday hours worked outside of basic hours + all hours on Saturdays
• OT2: All hours worked on Sundays

Allowance

• Lodge Allowance: £40.00 per day
  (Applicable to candidates living more than 45 miles from site)

Security Clearance

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain SC (Security Clearance)
• Operatives may start on-site with BPSS clearance while SC is in progress
