New Opportunity Contracts Manager Facilities Management

Requirements
Background in mechanical engineering or facilities management (HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.)

Experience managing multi-site operations and teams
Strong knowledge of SFG20 and CAFM systems (such as TABS)
Proven experience in contracts, procurement and supplier management
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

Organised, commercially aware and able to work independently
Willingness to travel across the UK

Additional Information

Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

This is a hybrid role based in Leeds with regular travel across the North of the UK sites.
