Construction Supervisor – Nuclear Sector (Contract)

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to support a Project in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing team within the nuclear sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and report to the wider construction management team across key work packages.

• Lead and coordinate daily site activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to manage execution plans and on-site operations.

• Assist with planning, supervision, and quality assurance of construction works.

• Ensure all deliverables align with contract, safety, and scheduling requirements.

• Provide daily and monthly reporting on progress, output, and resource usage.

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) reviews.

• Advise the Construction Manager on work package performance, subcontractor delivery, and project strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in both the Construction and Nuclear sectors.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with a hands-on approach to site supervision.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractor performance and maintain high-quality standards.

• SC Clearance and a valid CSCS card are essential.

• Confident in delivering site briefings, safety updates, and management reports.

Training & Development:

Full training will be provided to ensure alignment with both project-specific and programme-wide requirements.
