Now Hiring: Commissioning Manager – Reading (ASAP Start)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Security Systems Commissioning Manager to join a major nuclear defence project in Berkshire. This role is central to the successful commissioning and demonstration of specialist equipment, building services, and control systems for one of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects.

Location: Reading, Berkshire
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee commissioning work packages on a complex infrastructure project

• Manage and approve commissioning test documentation with suppliers

• Plan and coordinate commissioning activities and integrate requirements into project programmes

• Support and deploy the overall commissioning strategy

• Chair stakeholder commissioning reviews and manage changes to schedules and resources

• Produce reports, presentations, and lessons-learned documentation

Requirements:

• Significant experience commissioning large facilities and leading commissioning teams

• Strong background in enterprise security systems (access control, intruder detection, CCTV, perimeter intrusion detection)

• Current security clearance holder or willing to obtain
