Company Information:

Our Client is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of electronic controls for power wheelchairs and scooters.

Job Summary or Overview

Set and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Check your own work using inspection equipment (Verniers, Micrometres, SPG’s and PPG’s). In-process inspection to ensure total process control is maintained. Manufacture components from engineering drawings to the correct quality standards.

Required Qualifications/Skills

  • Relevant coding expertise in either Mazatrol, Fanuc or Haas language

Work Schedule/Hours

1st Shift - Mon - Thur 6am-2pm

Fri 6am-12noon

2nd Shift - Mon-Thur 2pm-11.30pm

Fri - OFF

Salary and Benefits

Rates: £35,000 - £45,000/annum including shift allowance

Overall Purpose and Responsibility:
Responsible for setting and operating a range of CNC machinery (Milling, Turning and Mazak). Editing and writing programs in either Mazatrol, Fanuc or Haas language to enable the business to successfully meet its customer requirements.
