Job Summary or Overview:
We are currently recruiting Blasters and Painters for a client operating across the UK. Blasting work will be offsite and requires candidates to be flexible with travel. Painting work is local to TS2 1RZ. These roles are available immediately, with accommodation and food allowance provided for non-local assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface preparation and application of paint or blasting as required

• Work efficiently in various site environments across the UK

• Follow health and safety procedures on all jobs

• Conduct daily maintenance of equipment

• Comply with quality standards and client specifications

• Travel to various sites as needed (Blasters)

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Relevant experience in industrial blasting or painting

• Willingness to travel for Blaster roles

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Med Risk Confined Space or Awareness (Blasters)

• CSCS or relevant trade certification

Work Schedule/Hours:

• Blasters: 12-hour shifts, moved across UK site locations

• Painters: 37.5 basic hours/week, with potential overtime

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Full UK driving licence

• Prior experience working on EFW (Energy from Waste) projects

• Familiarity with industrial coatings and surface prep standards

Salary and Benefits:

• Accommodation provided for offsite work

• £30 per day food allowance for non-local work

• Overtime opportunities available

• Painters: Local to TS2 1RZ
