We have amazing opportunity to join our Team!

We are a leading Energy Recruitment Agency operating in the Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Construction, Data Center, Shipbuilding and Wind sectors in the UK, and internationally.

Role Overview:

Providing Administration support to the Recruitment Team for Social Media Advertising, Candidate Updates with our In-house Recruitment Platform.

Supporting the on boarding process, and application processes. Management of Data and Excel Spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process: Collating candidates certificates and qualifications. on boarding, communication with stake holders and providing frequent updates with candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the recruitment process for example being organised and prepared for meetings, creating spreadsheets, updating our database.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal both on the phone and face to face, written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates. Confident over the phone and having a strong phone etiquette.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the work environment.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • IT Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Resourcing Support: Providing candidate searches working with the Recruitment Team, providing Job Profile information supporting recruitment campaigns for major projects.
