Land & Sea Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to support a project within the nuclear sector based in Reading. This role will involve overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial project kick-off through to final completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and acceptance of procedures and documentation in accordance with QC1 requirements

Carry out QC inspections in line with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
Ongoing review and final acceptance of Lifetime Records (LTRs)
Conduct final release inspections
Witness testing activities as required
Attend project, quality, and client meetings
Ensure compliance with nuclear industry quality standards and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Previous experience in a Quality Engineer role within a highly regulated industry
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and documentation
Experience working with ITPs, LTRs, and inspection activities
Nuclear industry experience preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Current SC Clearance is essential
