NOW HIRING: IT Manager – Reading

We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Reading to support ongoing projects and drive IT excellence across our programmes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT management, information governance, and project coordination who wants to make a real impact.

Role Overview:
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT activities across multiple programmes, ensuring that information management processes are integrated, compliant, and efficient. You will work closely with Programme Functional Leads, Information Management teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions that support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage task priorities in consultation with Programme Functional Leads
  • Integrate information management artefacts into IT programme management using tools such as Meridian, TSN, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other programme-specific applications
  • Ensure compliance with record management standards in line with CMS requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Information Management issues related to UK and French regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate activities with the Handover Management Function to ensure smooth transitions and handovers
  • Manage programme-specific issues related to DCC activities in association with IKM
  • Support IT governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in IT management within complex projects or programmes
  • Strong knowledge of information management systems and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
