Job Description:

Job Title: Instrument Pipefitter (Rope Access Level 1 or 2)

Location: Offshore
Mobilisation Date: 29/08/2025
Demobilisation Date: 19/09/2025
Duration: Approx. 3 weeks
Rotation: N/A (single trip)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Instrument Pipefitters with Rope Access Level 1 or 2 certification for an upcoming offshore project. This is a short-term assignment, mobilising on 29th August 2025 and demobilising on 19th September 2025.

The successful candidates will be responsible for installing and maintaining small bore tubing and associated instrumentation pipework in a safe and efficient manner. Work will be carried out at height, requiring full rope access compliance.


Requirements:

  • Rope Access Level 1 or 2 (IRATA certified) – Valid and in date

  • Recognised Instrument Pipefitter Apprenticeship – Must provide official papers

  • TSBT-01 & TSBT-02 certifications – Valid and in date

  • Offshore survival and medical certificates – BOSIET/FOET & OGUK Medical

  • Proven experience working on offshore installations

  • Competency in installing and maintaining instrument tubing systems (e.g. 316 SS tubing)

  • Strong understanding of isometric drawings and P&IDs

  • Ability to work safely under pressure and at heights


Desirable:

  • Previous experience with small bore tubing in offshore rope access scopes

  • Knowledge of hydrotesting and pneumatic leak testing procedures

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team


Rate:

Competitive day rate (details to be discussed upon application)
