Electrical Technician, Offshore

We are currently looking for Electrical Technicians for a Trip offshore.
STARTING: OCTOBER 2021 (Possibility of multiple trips)
” A recognized Electrical apprenticeship or training scheme.
” A minimum City & Guilds or equivalent, with an ONC or equivalent preferred in electrical engineering
” CompEx EX1-4 qualification
” 17th/18th Edition Wiring regulations
” MIST, Offshore Survival (BOSIET/FOET), Medical Certificate including ER Medical Assessment and secondary means of escape training i.e. Donut/S-cape.
” Previous experience as an Electrical Technician offshore ensuring compliance with the Safety Case and management of Major Accident Hazards in relation to the role.
” Experience interacting and supervising contractors.
” Experience of working on an offshore gas production asset with the associated process & utility systems.
” Experience interfacing with Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems and, complying with legislation.
” Experience of Well Intervention activities.
” Experience of construction and commissioning activities.
” Secondary Offshore competencies an advantage i.e. MOME, helideck competencies, Coxswain, First Aider, IATA, IMDG, Banksman/Slinger level 3 etc.
” Behavioural Safety training – desirable
